We serve a full breakfast each morning to our guests from 7:30 am until 10:00 am in our marble-floored solarium. We start you off with a selection of juices, Green Mountain Coffee or hot tea and a basket of our homemade breads and muffins. This is followed by your choice of one of our three daily breakfast options prepared by the Inn's chef: an egg dish, be it either traditional or with a bit of the unexpected, such as an omelette, an eggs benedict, or a savory scramble; a sweeter dish like pancakes, waffles, French toast or crepes with pure Vermont maple syrup; or the Willard Street Inn's homemade granola filled with nuts and dried fruit served with either milk, a selection of yogurts, or soy milk. Each entree is also accompanied by a nice side of fresh fruit.
We are happy to try to accommodate your special dietary needs or preferences (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, food allergies etc.) Please just let us know prior to your arrival so we can make necessary arrangements.
Each day we deliver a plate of our signature chocolate chip cookies to your room with Lake Champlain chocolates and a dried fruit snack. Green Mountain Coffees and a delightful array of teas are available throughout the day and evening, along with another small nibble, whether it be another delectable sweet or a piping hot cup of soup in the winter. In the warmer months we offer iced tea or lemonade as the perfect beverage to take outside where you can sit in our brightly colored Adirondack chairs or stroll our English gardens.
