Grounds
A delicious, full Vermont breakfast is served each day, on the patio in warm weather, or in our breakfast room. Feel free to play the piano or guitar or play a game of chess or Scrabble. Use the extensive library of guide books to plan your activities. Make yourself at home by the fire to read the morning paper with an early cup of coffee in the cheery living room.

Our Suite
The Ripley Suite is located in the rear of the house. It was originally the master suite for the owner of the home, Charles Ripley. The Suite has a large bedroom with a Queen size sleigh bed and beautiful original 8 pane windows overlooking the rear grounds and West River. There is also a large sitting room with french doors, a large leather loveseat that reclines for comfort,, a comfortable desk looking out over the gardens and a warm and inviting gas log fireplace. The Ripley Suite has a large private bath with original 1920s tile work and original nickel plated brass fixtures. The Suite is the most formal room in the inn and is decorated in a dark red with Toile accent fabrics and luxurious touches.

A Standard Room
The Hummingbird Room is located just a few steps from the main house in the former Carriage House. It is completely private including its own private entrance and comfortably sleeps 2 people on the queen sized hand carved four post bed. The room has a modern private bath with unique ship port windows and a full size tub. The room is decorated in an elegant but comfortable style and is well suited for a secluded romantic getaway or for the guest who would like the additional privacy afforded by a separate entrance.

Our Pub
Our cozy pub is an intimate place to enjoy a glass of beer, wine or champagne. Our extensive wine and beer collection includes over 30 varieties from around the world. Wine is available by the glass or bottle and may be enjoyed in the house or in our gardens overlooking the water.
