Please allow us to welcome you from 3 pm on. We will freshen your room daily between 10:30 am and 3 pm. |
Check Out Policy: |
On departure day we appreciate check out by 11 am. (Please let us know if your plans may differ.) |
Cancellation Policy: |
We will refund your deposit if cancellations are made prior to 15 days before planned arrival (30 days for holidays and foliage season). There is a $25 booking fee per room per night that will be deducted from returned deposits |
Deposit Policy: |
An advance deposit secures your room for up to two persons. There is an additional 9 percent Vermont rooms tax that is also assessed. |
