Nestled in the heart of Park City, Old Town Guest House Bed & Breakfast offers excellent accommodations in a ski-lodge atmosphere. The inn is located within easy walking distance to shops, ski lifts, trailheads and activities. This simple mountain Inn is located in a real ski town. A healthy breakfast and afternoon snacks are included. We are Park City's best for comfort, convenience and affordability and were voted "best activities" and "Park City's best kept secret".
Deer Valley Ski Area is located one mile away from the B&B and can be reached by a convenient free shuttle. This ski area is rated #1 by readers of Snow Country Magazine. They offer group lessons, private lessons and programs for kids. There is also guided snow cat skiing. In the summer there is lift serviced mountain biking and an excellent kids camp. "The Canyons" is Utah's newest ski area. Over 2,700 acres of terrain makes it one of the largest ski areas in Utah. Whether it is long cruisers, steep mogul runs, gladded powder or above tree line bowl skiing. The Canyons has it all. The Canyons is one of America's great destination mountain resorts. Come and see for yourself!
Please call if there is anything we can help you with. We also book other lodging options if you're are looking for something else. We like to think of ourselves as your, “one stop shop.”

I have now stayed at the Old Town Guest House 3 times and am looking forward to staying there again. The attention to detail is phenomenal, the Innkeeprs couldn't be more friendly. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious. I immediately felt right at home.In addition to how wonderful the Guest House is, it is about a two minute walk to Main Street, hiking/skiing trails, shops/resturants.. I love going there!
The rates are much less than anything in the area. I realize Park City is expensive, but Deb keeps the rates afforable for everyone. Book early for winter, it fills up quick. For summer, you still have time.

We just return from a vacation in Park City, Utah. We have been there to ski, but never in the summer. I can't put into words how beautiful Park City is in the summer! Our stay at Old Town Guest House made our entire trip. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in town. The Innkeeper talked us into to hikes that we would never have found on our own. We are so motivated to get into better shape so that we can go back next summer and hike more trails and try mountain bike. This was a life changing vacation. We have a new respect for the outdoors. Thanks Old Town Guest House!

We have never stayed in such a wonderful, cozy Inn. We wanted to stay somewhere that we could walk everywhere, hike and mountain bike the trails and have feel good about the food we were eating. You can't beat Old Town Guest House. Wonderful location, excellent breakfast and our Innkeeper was amazing with all her suggestions. Deb is an insipiration to all her guests. I am going to start getting in better shape so that I can go back next year and hike and ride more!

If you are interested in a great, active get-a-away, there is not a better place. We were met at the door by a very bubbly, energetic, athletic Innkeeper. Our room was very cozy and "lodge" like. Once we were settled in, we sat down over "soy chai" and "gluten-free"cookies to discuss all the adventurous activities available to us. Deb, the Innkeeper is such a inspiration to be active. We hiked, rented mountain bikes and hiked some more. I have never left a vacation feeling so healthy and inspired to continue with this lifestyle. I would tell someone, "that I had a life changing experience". One that I will never forget".

This is not a fancy B&B with antiques and gourmet food.
The casual setting and decor is fitting to the outdoorsey environment.
This is a great place for skiers, mountain bikers and hikers because the hostess is an endurance athlete and full of ideas and enthusiasm.
