CHECK-OUT Time is 12:00 noon. There shall be a charge of $25 per hour after the 12:00 noon check out time

Cancellation Policy:
|

No refunds for cancellations. If the cottage can be rented again, we will refund your rent minus a $50 service charge. Cottages reservations can be rescheduled. Rescheduling is determined by cottage availability. If you are a no show or if you leave early, you will also be charged the full amount of your reservation. All cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mail or E-mails or faxes will be accepted for cancellations.
