Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel and notify us at least 72 hours before arrival date, we will be happy to credit your deposit to another visit or refund your deposit less a $15.00 processing fee. When canceling, be sure to receive a cancellation number.
Children: Children Welcome
Prior arrangements can be made to accommodate children in certain rooms. The Conductor's Quarters is perfect for families. It is in a separate building in the back yard. There is a fold down sofa sleeper and twin bed, and a queen bed.

Deposit Policy:
An advance deposit in the amount of the first night is taken when the reservation is made.
Pets Welcome
Prior arrangements can be made to accommodate pets in certain rooms. Guest pets are welcome in your room and in the fenced back yard. They must meet our two Corgis, and they are not allowed in the Main House.

The two official greeters are Welsh Corgis, named William and Buddy Blalock.
Smoking: Outside
The Katy House is a non-smoking Inn. Guests may smoke on the porches or in the yards
