The Lamb's Rest Inn is located in the Texas Hill Country on the Guadalupe River between Austin and San Antonio. Nestled among beautiful oak trees, this quiet, spacious bed and breakfast is just one mile from the historic village of Gruene. Our guests may choose from numerous other activities including antiquing, outlet shopping, hill country touring, day spas, fine restaurants as well as a wide variety of local outdoor activities and entertainment such as tubing, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, golf, and tennis in addition to Schlitterbahn Water Park and the famous and popular Gruene Dance Hall. |

Beautiful place. The breakfast meal was as if Martha Stewart was in charge from decor, service, menu, presentation and taste.
Right on the river with wonderful landscaping.

It was the greatest stay.It was like going to your grandmothers but you had to pay which I didn't mind at all. My wife and I will be going back again.

The Inn is beautiful. There's a walkway and patio's down by the river that's really great. Food is outstanding as well as the staff.

The exact retreat I was looking for! I cannot wait to go back. The owners went out of their way to create such an atmosphere of peaceful rest, filled with so many special touches and 'creature comforts.'

Our stay was so wonderful, the hosts are so comfortable to be with and offer a Christian atmosphere in their lovely home. The food is out of this world. We fully expect to stay there, again. This was an exceptional experience. It is beautiful and comfortable.
