The Hill Country's finest bed and breakfast, The Walden Plantation Bed & Breakfast, is located in Llano Texas overlooking the Llano River and offering spectacular views, peace and tranquility, and the perfect destination for a Plantation style wedding. In the heart of Llano, our 17 acres of landscaped grounds includes a swimming pool and hot tub, an amphitheater, a dining area, our own pavilion and more.

Walden Plantation can accommodate 1 to 32 people. We have 16 exquisite rooms including a two-story suite. The secluded, peaceful atmosphere of Walden Plantation creates the perfect backdrop for your romantic getaway, family reunion, corporate retreat, seminar, or special event. Events booked at Walden Plantation may enjoy exclusive use of the property during their duration if desired.

Walden Plantation is amazing! An oasis in an otherwise parched land. We pulled into Llano weary & tired, hungry & wondering where we would stay the night. We ate in town @ Stonewalls & the waitress recommended Walden Plantation. They were the only B&B that answered the phone when I called! (I called 4) Upon arrival, it reminded me of the old BBC show "To The Manor Born" - very elegant & upscale. At check-in the staff were quick, attentive & warm. The room was pristine, the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was amazing! Can't wait to stay @ Walden Plantation again!
