Skyrunner Guest House is located on one acre of treed grazing land in Fayette County, Texas and is frequented by cattle, cowbirds, deer and occasionally other creatures that enjoy the outdoors. With Fayette County being essentially rural and agricultural there are the beautiful sunrise’s and sunset’s, the pastures, and the gently rolling hills. Inside you will find five beautifully decorated rooms with a well balanced blend of antique, retro, vintage and modern decor. The reading and game room is a fine breakfast nook and the full kitchen is full with all of the necessary utensils. From the living room with satellite HDTV, games and books to the peaceful deck and comfortable bedrooms promise you a wonderful stay.

Just two miles away is La Grange, Texas, the county seat and a Main Street town with its nicely restored square and newly renovated historic court house which has been used as staging for movies. Fayette County is rich in art, culture, history and agriculture. The famous Round Top Antique Fair, Festival Hill and the new Czech Heritage Cultural center are located within just a few miles of Skyrunner Guest House.

Check in time is between 3 P.M. and 5 P.M. Contact us by phone if a later check in is requested. If an earlier check in is requested please contact us by phone. We will do our best to accommodate you if possible. Early check ins must be approved in advance.
Check Out Policy:
Check out is no later than 12:00 noon.
Cancellation Policy:
A 10 day cancellation notice is required in order to get a refund. For all special rates and rate packages and during the Round Top Antiques Fair, Warrenton Antiques Fair, and special events a 15 day notice is required in order to get a refund.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total stay including tax via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required. Fees for additonal days, additional guests, pets, etc. plus state tax of 6% (there is no city tax)will be charged to the credit card on file.
Pets Welcome
Pets are allowed with prior approval however most pets are allowed. There is a $10.00 fee per pet per night. There is no charge for service animals. Service animals are always allowed per Americans with Disabilities Act. Pets must be on lead or kenneled at all times unless indoors and supervised. while outside they must be on lead. Elephants and other large animals are not allowed. Some restrictions may apply so please contact us ahead of time if bringing a pet.
Pets Living At Inn: No
There are no pets living in or at the cottage.
Smoking: Outside
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INDOORS or in areas outside where smoke could enter the house. Smoking on the deck or on the acreage is permitted. Please pay attention to fire hazards especially in very dry weather. This is a country Guest House located on rural land which is susceptible to fire in dry conditions. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THE NO SMOKING POLICY AND IT IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. FEES FOR VIOLATIONS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND INCLUDE A $200.00 PROFESSIONAL CLEAN UP FEE.
