Check in time is 3 P.M. or later. Contact us by phone or e-mail in advance if an earlier check in or later check out is requested. We will do our best to accommodate you if possible and most of the time we are able to do so.

Check out is 12:00 noon. If a later check out is needed please contact us by phone or e-mail in advance. We will try to accommodate you. We are often able to accommodate guests who need a later check out. Check outs after check out time incur a fee equal to thae rate of the check out date. We often have incoming guests who have reservations.

A 14 day cancellation notice is required in order to get a refund of deposit. There is no refund for for cancellations of less than 14 days however the deposit may be applied as a credit for a future stay.

A 50% deposit of the total stay including tax via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required. Cash and checks are not accepted. Fees for additonal days, additional guests, etc. plus state tax of 6% (there is no city tax)will be charged to the credit card on file. If the reservation is 14 days or less prior to the date of stay the entire amount of stay will be charged. Check out is 12 noon and check is is 3:00 P.M. we reserve the right to charge the check out day's rate if checkout is later than 12:00 noon. We try to arrange for later checkouts when possible. Special packages are not refundable.
