White Oak Manor Bed and Breakfast is a turn of the century Greek Revival home conveniently located near downtown Jefferson, TX. Come and unwind on the wrap around porch and enjoy true Southern Hospitality.

The guest rooms are beautifully appointed with a clean and comfortable environment. It’s an affordable inn with an ideal location that welcomes travelers with the warmth and charm they would usually only find at home. The guest rooms are a nice size, airy, bright and each with their own bath.

Check In Policy:
Check- in: Between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm-If arriving outside of check-in times please call to make arrangements.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations: A $25 fee per room will be charged for all cancellations. Refund of Deposit Policy: Refunds of deposit will be made if cancellation notice is received seven (7) calendar days prior to arrival date. If less than seven days and we can re-rent the room, refund will apply. Cancellations must be made by speaking to the innkeeper. Special Event weekends require 30 days cancellation notice. Early Departures: While we sympathize with unforeseen circumstances once you have checked in the room is no longer available to rent therefore there will be no refunds made. No-Shows: If you have a confirmed reservation and you do not arrive we will consider that to be a No-Show and you forfeit the deposit paid.
Children: Children ages 12+
Children over twelve years old welcome as long as you are comfortable having them stay in another rented room. All rooms are only rated for 2 people maximum occupancy. No sleeping bags or cots can be brought in to rooms. We are unable to accommodate small children.

Pets Living At Inn: Yes
We have Utah who is a mini schnauzer, cute and cuddly as all get out. And Bella who is a fox terrier/chihuahua mix who is very sweet with adults but afraid of children. They both really enjoy cuddling with people.
Smoking: Outside
We have outside designated areas for guests smoking. A $200 fee will be charged if you are smoking in the house and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at White Oak Manor in Jefferson, Texas. We were guests in the White Oak Room (Judge'sChamber) overlooking the massive white oak in the front yard. There is a lovely veranda to sit on outside, with chairs, porch swing, etc. Our room was incredibly spacious, with an entire separate sitting area, which we found very comfortable. The bathroom is also huge. There is a claw foot tub, which has been outfitted with a shower. My husband found the shower very difficult since the curtain had to be placed into the tub in a way that restricted his movement. The entire White Oak Manor is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Our bed was extremely comfortable. David and Tammy are great hosts! We enjoyed a very hearty breakfast in the morning. It is served at 9:00 AM (or so). If you need to get on the road, this may be a little later than you would like to be getting started. Jefferson is hoe to MANY bed and breakfasts. This one, recently taken over by Dave and Tammy, is a hidden gem! If you look for their website, be sure it is the current one with them as owners. Room Tip: I think the White Oak Suite will meet anyone's needs for a great night's stay.

Dave and Tammy were excellent hosts. Our room was perfect and very charming. This was an anniversary/birthday getaway for my wife and i and we recommend the White Oak Manor to anyone married or single. A definite repeat!!! Thanks Dave and Tammy!!!

This was our first stay at a b&b, and it could not have been nicer! Everything was immaculate, the room was beautifully furnished in antiques, the setting very peaceful but near downtown, and the food incredible! Tammy and Dave had thought of so many extras,from popcorn and dvds to a Keurig coffee pot in the room. They have remodeled the rooms since taking ownership in the past year, and it is beautiful. Don't be misled by the old web site which is still up. Go to their blog to see the rooms and find out more about reservations and about what's going on in Jefferson.
