The Hale House Inn is a wonderful place to take a step back in time and relax to a slower pace of life....Timm and Karen were so warm and gracious. They make you feel right at home. The rooms are decorated to perfection and every detail is taken to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast is awesome, whether in the dinning room or on the veranda you will have a delightful experience. The quite music through out the home really sets the mood for a relaxing and calming experience as well. I would highly recommend this B&B. I'll be counting the days until I can return again.....Thank you Timm and Karen Jackson.....

What a delight! I took my sister for a 2 night get away from Dallas & had a wonderful time. This is the best B&B I have stayed in! Very clean, CUTE, & the owners, Timm & Karen are the greatest! They took VERY good care of us & we will definitely be back!
Our stay was a much needed retreat from the daily grind. It was nice to step back in time for a moment. The historical significance of the home was an unexpected surprise. Timm and Karen are wonderful innkeepers. We felt at home with them. We also loved that the home is located off of the beaten path, adjacent to green space and within walking distance of all the shops of downtown.
Each room was decorated beautifully around a theme. Rooms were clean, had an authentic "time-period" feeling. The food was outstanding with numerous courses and was more than enough for the biggest appetite. The grounds were expertly groomed. The overall experience was restful and luxurious.
