Modern B&B is an extraordinarily unique, modern townhome in the heart of Houston. Through an artfully exposed steel structure, Modern B&B takes advantage of interesting structural angles to create a series of tall, breezy porches. An assemblage of stained wood beams, steel fireplace and clearstory windows fill the dramatic two story living spaces.
The huge bedrooms with double high ceilings have large bathrooms and walk-in slate showers, granite counters, double sinks, and huge whirlpool baths for two. There is a king-sized bed in each, two side tables, and a writing desk. Each of the fourth floor rooms has an outside spiral staircase with a private door, or you can take the grand stairs inside.
