A full, served gourmet breakfast is a pure delight when the guests gather at 9:00 in this huge, elegant dining room. Dining on tables from the original house of 1885, the regal splendor is part of the fun of breakfasts. Stories of the old home, and the Cogdell family are often told be the hosts/owners after dining. Be prepared for a leisurely, fun breakfast of 2-3 courses!

One of the many things our guests love about the Iron Horse Inn are the two 400 year old live oak trees in the garden. Lit at night with mercury vapor lights, the garden can be a wonderland!

This 800 sq. ft. 1950's house shares the garden with the Inn, and in fact is the back yard of this sweet home. With private driveway, carport and entrance, it is a truly comfortable little house, perfect for a weekend get-away, women's gathering, or a family weekend outing. A completely furnished full kitchen, living room with cable TV, one bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower, and 2 bedrooms.
