Check In Policy:
Check-in is between 3 PM and 6 PM. Prior arrangements are required for early or late arrivals.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out is by 11 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancellation Policy:
Oak Garden Inn requires 14 day advance notice for a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellation less than 14 days will not be refunded unless we are able to re-book however, we will send a voucher to be used in a 30 day period from cancellation date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.

Babies under age of 5 permitted. Well-behaved Children 12 years of age and over are allowed only with adult supervision at all times and by special permission of owner. Parent or Guardian is responsible for any and all damages and will be assessed at full replacement value.

We are a smoke free and pet free facility. A remediation fee equal to two (2) nights rental of the entire house will be assessed should any guest smoke, or bring the smell of smoke, inside the facility (or) have a pet on the property.
