Cancellation Policy:

Elm Street B & B requires 14 days advance notice for a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellation less than 14 days will not be refunded. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee paid by credit card.

Well behaved children are welcomed when booking entire house. Parents are responsible for any and all damages incurred during their stay. Charges for damages are assessed at replacement value. Baby bed is available upon request.

We are a smoke free and pet free facility. For our smoking guests, we have provided seating outside in the courtyard and on the front porch. Local kennels are provided for any pets traveling with our customers. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guests violating this policy.
