In its third century on Galveston Island, this 1887 Queen Anne Victorian with gingerbread trim, double verandah, and turret tower, surrounds every guest with warmth and friendliness. Spectacular winding staircase of teak, walnut, and curly pine, highlighted by stained glass windows and cobalt blue transoms. It has five bedrooms, three in the main house, and two outbuildings, a Cottage and Carriage House, all with private baths. A full country breakfast is served family style in our dining room each morning. Heirloom antiques and accessories are displayed throughout the house in a warm and inviting atmosphere.- Enjoy a Full country breakfast every morning, served family style in the dining room.

The home, by Alfred Muller a renowned architect from Germany, was designed for the cashier of a steamship and railroad company. The second owner was a coppersmith from Ireland, hence the name Coppersmith Inn. Heirloom antiques and accessories are displayed throughout the house in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
