A Place In Time is an Historical Landmark Bed & Breakfast located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. With convenient access to all activities, you can easily enjoy hunting, fishing, art, antiques, wine tours, fine dining, peaches, special festivals, shopping, and an awesome sit down gourmet breakfast. Great Hospitality with just the right balance of country and small town Fredericksburg, Texas.
Both common rooms; living room and dining room, along with one bedroom and bath have beautiful long leaf pine floors and high ceilings. The roof is the original pressed tin. An expansion of the kitchen and a family room were added in 1941 and the attic has been restored and expanded in 1985. Take a long weekend to sleep late and sit on the porch in a rocking chair then mosey downtown for antique shopping or a wine tour. Let us customize a renewal room package for you complete with locally made fragrant candles, lavender lotion, aroma therapeutic shower gels and of course, chocolates.
