Check In Policy: |
Check-in is 3pm - 8pm Mon - Fri and 3pm - 6pm Sat and Sun. Upon arrival please park curbside in front of our double doors. Ring the doorbell and we’ll be down to help you unload and point out parking. Two parking options will be available to you. A surface lot located a half a block east or a parking garage located a block west. Charge for parking Monday through Friday is $5/day plus tax. |

Check-out is 12:00pm on your date of departure. |
Cancellation Policy: |
Mid week non business stays require a 72 hour notice of cancellation. Mid week business stays require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. However if staying through Friday or Saturday, the cancellation policy changes to 7 days with a $35 cancellation fee.

All reservations are held with a credit card which will be charged upon your arrival, unless a third party is involved. Then the credit card is charged on the day arrival. |
Pets Welcome |
We allow pets under 25 lbs for a $25.00 fee. They must have a travel kennel and need to be kenneled while you're away from your room. "Puppy Patch" Potty Park is located directly across the street. |
