Welcome to the Rudder-Jessup Bed and Breakfast, nestled in the Southside Historic District in College Station, Texas. The B&B is located one block from Texas A&M University. Built in 1936, General Earl Rudder and his family lived in the home for two years after a fire destroyed the president's home on campus. The home is recognized with a historical marker.

The inn has been lovingly restored and furnished with family heirlooms and beautiful antiques with attention to comfort and detail. High ceilings, hardwood floors and a large comfortable living room contribute to the feeling of warm hospitality. Room amenities include private baths with walk in showers, ceiling fans, cable TV/DVD, and wireless internet access. The bed and breakfast is just a short walk from A&M and Kyle Field and offers on site parking. There is a guest veranda available for retreats, receptions, and graduation parties.

From 3-5 p.m. If your arrival time is later than 5 p.m. Please inform us so that we may make the proper arrangements. (979-777-1518) We accept early arrival if arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if a reservation is cancelled prior to ten days before the arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled ten or less days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the first nights lodging will be charged.

The Rudder Suite is best suited to accommodate families with children. Please call us if you have a child under the age of 4. We can sometimes make special arrangements.
