Country Getaway from the hectic cares of urban living...yet only a short 20 minute drive from San Angelo. Come enjoy the peaceful and refreshing beauty here along the banks of our sparkling South Concho River. Glorious sunsets are viewed almost daily from the back porch glider, and late evening walks on the paved drive afford awesome stellar skies.
Peaceful and private, the guesthouse was built in 2002, but has decor to resemble early 1900's living. Wildlife abounds- owls, turkeys and deer visit year round. Tiny jeweled hummingbirds are here mid March through September. Our South Concho River flyway provides a welcome habitat for numerous bird varieties seeking food and water in our vast west Texas area.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
A cancellation fee of $15.00 is charged if you cancel once reservation has been made. If a 7 day notice of cancellation is not given, then One Night Lodging plus the $15 cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival date, then the full amount of reservation will be charged. No shows will be charged for full amount of reservation. If you leave early, you will be charged for full amount of reservation.(Cancellations must be by phone, person to person, -- e-mails also accepted)

Deposit Policy:

Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit equal to one (1) nights stay, or 1/2 the total for multiple nights. The balance is due upon arrival. Credit card payments accepted via Pay Pal. Email or call Sherry for invoice information.
