Full Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8-9 am. Early coffee and tea service is available at 7:00 am. Enjoy one of Steve’s gourmet fares in the formal dining room, on the front porch or pool side. Tempting dishes of Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes with Maine Maple syrup, Tarragon Scrambled Eggs with sour cream and crumbled bacon or French Toast Strata with Apple Cider Syrup and country ham are awaiting your taste buds. Start your dining experience with juice and strawberry soup or a banana parfait. A lighter fare, low fat, low carbohydrate and vegetarian meals are also available, upon request.

Check In Policy:
Check in time is usually between 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or call us for late or early check in. We live on site.
Check Out Policy:
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event you need to cancel, your deposit less a $25.00 fee will be refunded provided we are notified at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel less than 7 days from your arrival date you forfeit your deposit. If we are able to rebook the room, you will receive your deposit back less a $25.00 handling fee. To avoid a $25.00 handling charge, we can change your reservation to a another date that better accomodates your change of plans.

Children of all ages are welcome in the Carriage House Suite only.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required to confirm a reservation. This first night will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.
