Miss Chicky is our pet chicken, and she has her own private outside suite. Our dog Benji lounges in my private office or goes on walks with us. Sorry, she is not allowed into any rooms or other parts of the Inn. Our rescued girl is part Rhodesian Ridgeback and part German Shepherd. She is our quietest guest and smarter than any of us.

I cannot recommend this B&B strongly enough! Every aspect of my stay was exceptional, from the wonderful greeting (complete with homemade truffles), right through to my early morning departure to the airport some nine days later. I cannot remember having stayed in cleaner accommodations anywhere (for instance, the windows are remarkable: not so much as a spot on them). Every morning's breakfast was different than the one before, and each was equally tasty. Tressie is an outstanding Inn Keeper, and I guarantee anyone who makes it to her B&B in Austin will be as pleased as I was with my stay!

Magical! On a quiet, tree-lined street close to UT and downtown, in beautiful, unmarked homes, this welcoming B + B has it ALL--delicious, freshly-prepared breakfasts, beautifully appointed, spic=and-span rooms and suites (most with private entrances), and very personal service from Tressie and her staff. Gorgeous grounds with porches, decks, koi pond, waterfalls and gazebo...loved it!

Here's a hostess who understands the art of hospitality. The most beautiful and comfortable room with spa-quality amenities, the yummiest breakfast ever, lively conversation - we'll definitely recommend this inn to all our friends and can't wait to return ourselves!

Innkeeper Tressie is a fantastic vegan cook and ofered us wonderful special attention and kindness. This is a very special place to stay and we will remember it always.

This inn offers the kind of individualized treatment anyone can appreciate. In addition to a clean, allergen-free room, my dietary restrictions did not pose a problem for the innkeeper. She prepared especially nutritious and delicious breakfasts and recommended local restaurants within walking distance that met my needs for lunch and dinner. The peace and quiet of the inn and the innkeeper's thoughtfulness helped sustain me as I successfully concluded my business in her city.

I would tell them I am torn - torn between recommending the best BnB ever and wanting to keep it a secret from the world. Tressie really makes you feel at home and the rooms are wonderful. Food was amazing - I can't say enough good things about this place.

Very nice inn in a quiet residential area. Tressie is awesome! Very sweet and detail-oriented. Close to downtown Austin and UT, but quiet. Nice place to visit.
