The Sanford House Inn and Spa is a luxurious Boutique Hotel located in historic downtown Arlington, Texas (nestled between Dallas and Fort Worth) with 12 elegant accommodations, which include 4 one-bedroom cottage suites, 2 two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas, and 6 spacious manor house rooms. A full breakfast is included with all overnight stays. Homemade cookies are customary in your room on arrival.
Escape the ordinary when you book your private party, reception, wedding, corporate event, or meeting at The Sanford House. Private rooms can be reserved for groups up to 60 in the Manor House. The Grand Courtyard is an ideal space for weddings and receptions up to 250 guests. All catering is prepared and executed by the Executive Chef. Full bar and fine wine selections are also available.

Dinner is served every Friday and Saturday nights from 6-9pm. Happy Hour 4-7 pm every Thu, Fri, Sat. Our 'Small Plates' menu is available in the bar. Lunch is served Wednesday through Saturday from 11am-2pm and is open to the public.
