Welcome to Richmont Inn where getting away from it all is our specialty. Located in Townsend, Tennessee "On the Peaceful Side of the Smokies", hidden high atop an eleven acre ridge, we are surrounded by the serene beauty of a forest and the fresh mountain air. Our views will take your breath away.
All stays include occupancy for two, with full "sit down and relax" breakfasts, afternoon tea with sweet treats, gourmet desserts and coffee by candlelight. Rooms in the Main Lodge are highly appointed with fine antiques, artwork, and colorful fabrics. While romantic music fills the air, these luxurious surroundings nurture the mood with their splendid views, whirlpools for two, and wood-burning fireplaces. The third floor we call "Sacred Ground." With its unique decor, honors eminent Native Americans.
Our Chalet Luxury Suites treat you to a luxurious upscale experience at an affordable price. We call it winding down and relaxing from the workaday world.
Our Business or Conference Ceter is well suited for meetings with full A\V support, seating up to 16 people. The adjoining "Great Hall" with viewing deck can accommodate 20-25 people comfortably for a buffet/stand up-dinner or cocktails.

Cancellation Policy: |
Your deposit, less $40 per room booked, will only be returned if we receive your cancellation request at least 15 days prior to your arrival. Of course, there is no deduction from your deposit if you reschedule or we/you have someone else use reservation. If the cancellation is within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be charged for the full amount of your deposit, excluding taxes, and a gift certificate will be issued in your name for your future use. Please understand this policy is necessary because of the narrow time frame to rebook and no "walk-ins" to fill your cancelled room. |

Reservation Policy: At the time of your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the lodging costs for your entire stay will be due, excluding taxes.
Payment Policy: Being a small family business, we prefer cash or check as a deposit and upon checkout. Those that use these payment methods qualify for a quarterly drawing for a free night in a full amenity room. We will accept Visa, Master Card, and bank debit cards for your convenience. |

I would tell them that it was the most enjoyable weekend that I had spent in many years, The peaceful side of the Smokey mountains is wonderful,I do plan to visit Richmont again. The entire Hind family are outstanding Innkeepers. The food was out of this world. Just a wonderful place to visit.
