◦You will be charged a $15 bankcard handling fee for all cancellations or date changes. ◦Cancellations for a full refund, less a $15 bankcard-handling fee, require a 10 day advance notice. Cancellations with less than a 10 day notice will be charged for the first night of lodging plus applicable taxes. If we are able to rebook the room, these charges will be refunded less the bankcard fee. ◦If cancellation is given within the last 72 hours prior to arrival, and we are unable to rebook the room for the same period, the guest is responsible for the first night of lodging plus applicable taxes. If we are able to rebook the room, your deposit will be returned in the form of a gift certificate equal to 80% of your deposit less a $15 bankcard fee.

◦Our quoted rates are based on double occupancy and do not include applicable accommodations tax at the time of reservation. ◦A valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. ◦A full night's deposit is required for a one night stay, and a 50% deposit of total room rate is required for stays of two or more nights. In the event of a no show, 100% of the room charge for the entire period reserved will be debited.
