Located in Gatlinburg, TN, Laurel Springs Lodge Bed and Breakfast is a 1930’s B&B near the Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge. We are 30 miles from the University of Tennessee, great for that weekend getaway to visit your student at UT or take in a home game.

We are minutes from horseback riding, golfing, skiing, rafting, Ober Gatlinburg, and Dollywood. We’re only 3 miles from the Smoky Mountain National Park, and 5 miles from Pigeon Forge. The bed and breakfast is located in town, two blocks from the parkway and light number two. You can take the trolley from that intersection, or take an easy walk into downtown. Our setting is a secluded, wooded hillside, overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Gatlinburg is one of the top Honeymoon destinations in the U.S. and Laurel Springs Lodge is a wonderful setting for your romantic Honeymoon.

The Lodge was built in 1932 and it operated as Miss McCalley’s boarding house for a number of its early years. It has been totally renovated inside to bring you modern conveniences without ruining the original ambience. The Lodge is very comfortable with a living room that is rustic with knotty pine walls, leather seating, and a large stacked stone wood burning fireplace. The front porch is enclosed, one end is used for breakfast and the other has a common/seating area, with an electric fireplace. We have a small but eclectic library, video library, and numerous board games.

The gazebo is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. We are 200 feet from the Little Pigeon River, which is stocked with trout each Thursday! We serve a delicious gourmet breakfast, served on the dining porch (not buffet style) from 8:00 to 9:30 am.

The B&B has five guest rooms, all with private baths and bathrobes, cable TV, VCR and DVD players, mini fridges, premium linens, and botanical bath products. Enjoy the "Old World" Smoky Mountain ambience in our totally renovated historic home. We have central air conditioning, updated plumbing, four person hot tub, and free wireless internet.

Dan and Karen were wonderful hosts! The B&B was great. It was very clean and well maintained. Our room was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, and quiet. The daily breakfast choices were delicious. Perfect location! Close enough to the downtown that you can walk to avoid the traffic. Close to all area attractions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Having never stayed in a B and B before, we were not sure what we were getting into. However, we could not have been happier! The property was very well tended inside and out. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and eager to make sure we enjoyed our visit. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious! We plan to stay with them again when we visit the area.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Laurel Springs Lodge B&B! Dan and Karen are wonderfully hospitable and make you feel at home. Their cozy B&B is so clean and well decorated - which is something I look for in a B&B - CLEAN SHEETS! Morning breakfasts were wonderful - Karen makes an extra little nugget of goodness for breakfast in addition to what you chose for the morning the night before. What a great stay - we certainly will be back and won't stay anywhere else.

My husband and I have stayed in many B&Bs and Inns around the US and Europe and this is now one of our favorites. We loved the ambiance of the main room with its rustic comfort and the breakfast room with its light airy feel and view of the trees and birds. Dan and Karen have created a peaceful and comfortable retreat with the décor and colors of the building, and also with their calm, lovely personalities.

Dan and Karen are lovely hosts. The B and B is a great place to stay. I am single and felt very safe and welcome traveling alone. The beds are so comfy you will not want to crawl out for the exquisite breakfasts each morning. Best accommodations I have ever enjoyed while in Gatlinburg. I am very familiar with the area but if you are not the innkeepers are founts of information and local insider knowledge of where to go and what to do.

This is the best B&B that Gatlinburg, TN has! If you are visiting in Gatlinburg, you will not be disappointed to make your reservations at Laurel Springs Lodge B&B. All the things that matter, while vacationing, are fulfilled here! Conveniently located in walking distance to downtown; if sleeping on a clean & comfortable bed (Just like home!); Nicest bathroom accomodations (Pampered with ample toiletries!); Breakfast Food prepared for you, better than any restaurant; Real people who dedicate their lives, to making sure what you pay for is the best to offer!; That your paid time away is a relaxing, safe, energized, monies worth, friendly environment.... Because the Owner's sacrifise to give you all these qualities themselves! Then I would highly recommend booking your next visit to Gatlinburg, TN with Dan & Karen Berry! Thank you both & looking forward to an annual stay with you both!

Highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Gatlinburg or surrounding areas. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was quite enjoyable and included a great variety of foods each morning. Dan and Karen were amazing hosts who thought of everything when it comes to staying away from home including a hot cocoa/coffee bar and fresh cookies each night. Dan was also very helpful in making the most of our stay with suggestions of place to visit as well as local restaurants to try and some we may want to avoid. We will stay here again without hesitation the next time we visit Gatlinburg.

Loved this bed-and-breakfast. Dan and Karen made us feel right at home. This was our first time at a bed and breakfast, and with the friendliness of the owners, getting to meet the other guest in a relaxing atmosphere, it was definitely better than a hotel stay. We had to leave early on Sunday morning, and Dan was already up and had coffee made with our very own banana bread for the road. Thanks Dan and Karen for making our anniversary weekend special!
