Welcome to Namaste Acres Bed & Breakfast in Franklin, Tennessee a unique, comfortable and rustic Tennessee valley country retreat nestled in the scenic, rolling hills of historic Leipers Fork, located just outside the very quaint, small southern town of historic Franklin. The ranch is also adjacent to the incredibly beautiful and historic Natchez Trace national parkway and only a short jaunt to Music City USA, Nashville, TN.

On the grounds we have a 17 acre horse ranch with miles of beautiful riding trails on the historic Natchez Trace bridle path located adjacent to the ranch and with direct access from our property. Complete horse facility with clean 10' X 12' stalls, 75' X 150' arena with night lights, 60' round pen, wash stall with hot water, horse cool down walker, horse trailer storage and convenient tack shop located on property.

Come spend some quality time to really relax and enjoy the best in country living. Read a book next to your fireplace, lounge by the pool or sit quietly by the creek enjoying the stillness of nature. Maybe you'll want to pick up the pace by hiking the historic Natchez Trace, which runs adjacent to the ranch. Or, if you've brought your horse along, then you'll really enjoy the miles of renowned horse trails which can be accessed directly from our ranch. Either way, we are sure you'll agree that living a bit of the old west in this peaceful, beautiful valley, backed by the scenic hills of Middle Tennessee, will be one experience you'll cherish for a long time after returning home.
