Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellations:
Rooms may be cancelled up until 2 weeks prior to arrival for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per room per night. Rooms cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. Groups who book 1 or more houses cannot cancel their reservation once the house has been booked and will forfeit their deposit if a cancellation is necessary.
Minimum Stay:
There are no minimum weekday stays except when a holiday or special event falls within this time period. Weekend stay minimums are for the peak months of June 1-October 15. Minimums are normally 2 days except when other guests are leaving on a Saturday or checking-in on a Saturday.
