The Newport Blues Inn is a Bed & Breakfast Inn perfectly located on Historic Hill's Pelham Street, within walking distance to all that the city of Newport has to offer. Bellevue Avenue with its historic mansions, shops, and Tennis Hall of Fame and museum are only one block away. Thames Street waterfront area with all its well known restaurants, galleries, nightlife, and sites are just a short stroll down historic Pelham Street.

The Newport Blues Inn offers classic Bed and Breakfast accommodations with a modern appeal, a delicious full breakfast, and a great in-town location! Our Inn's twelve beautifully renovated guest rooms all have their own private bathrooms, with king or queen size beds, offering a standard, deluxe, and suite room lodging options. Our third floor offers a unique private three bedroom/bathroom apartment penthouse suite with its own kitchen and sitting room; a wonderful private option for weekly vacation stays with friends or family.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations prior to two weeks before arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside the two weeks will result in loss of the first night stay amount,unless the room is re-booked then the $25.00 processing fee is all that is charged. Payment is required in full upon arrival. There are no refunds for early departure.
