Newport RI famous Bed & Breakfast Inn just steps off Historic Broadway/ Bellevue and a short walk to Thames Street and Cliff Walk, Mansions or Easton’s Beach. A quiet location in close proximity to downtown is exactly what you need to enjoy Newport comfortably. All of our rooms are complete with luxury 600 thread count sheets and pillow top or feather mattress. All the rooms have a fireplace and those with tubs are whirlpool. In the morning enjoy a full gourmet breakfast served in the dining room. Feel free to enjoy breakfast on the porch or deck. Afternoon tea, coffee and pastries are offered.
We are famous for our breakfast cooked from scratch, our above standard amenities, our knowledge of the history and culture of the area and the massage services offered right in the house. We also offer a huge array of packages including mansion passes, theatre tickets, concert tickets, sail rides, wine, champagne, chocolates, Wii (for the guys), and much more. We are the very few B&B's in Newport that cater to a wide variety of people with allergies and dietary restrictions.

We understand many of our guests are traveling great distances to come to Newport, so we are flexible on our check in time. We let you pick the check in time as long as you adhere to that time. Please call the morning of arrival to tell us your arrival time.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
Refunds will be issued if the cancellation was given at least 2 weeks prior to arrival minus a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the check-in date will be refunded only if the same reservation can be rebooked for another guest, otherwise there is no refund.

One night's payment must be received and cleared 5 days after reservation is made. Reservations made within 2 weeks of check-in must be paid within 24 hours upon booking. A 50% deposit for reservations of more than 3 nights is required.
