The Belle View Inn Bed & Breakfast is centrally located in the heart of Newport, Rhode Island which enables you to walk to downtown, the harbor, the beach, the mansions, Cliff Walk and Salve Regina University. Built in 1900 and beautifully restored in 2003, our B&B is surrounded by an elegant, wrought-iron fence reminiscent of the opulent Newport, Rhode Island mansions.

Our bed and breakfast also features spacious and romantic two-room suites that accommodate up to four get rave reviews from guests and feature a view of the historic Tennis Hall of Fame grass courts.
