If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the office fifteen (15) days or more prior to arrival. All requests for cancellation or changes must be in writing; either by e-mail, fax or letter, and their receipt confirmed by Island Inns. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Late arrivals must be reported to our office before 12:00 P.M. on day of arrival. The deposit will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of your reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation, deposits are refunded less Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00) per room if notice is given fifteen (15) or more days prior to your arrival date and if the room(s) is re-booked for the total number of reserved dates.

An advance deposit of one night’s rate or one-half of total stay is required by check, or credit card. Deposits are due within 7 days of phone reservation or room will be released. Balance of reservation is due upon arrival.
