Room #1
Located on the second floor at the top of the stairs. It faces South getting great afternoon sun. It features a queen size Simmons Hotel Collection Pillow top bed and a three-piece en suite bath.

Room #2
Located on the second floor at the top of the stairs opposite Room #1, offering views of both east and west, looking over the vegetable garden as well as the front yard. This room is actually located over the kitchen with a “back staircase” to the downstairs. Years ago the boys were the first up in order to get the fire going in the kitchen stove for breakfast. Don’t worry; sleep in…that’s Robert’s job now. This accommodation features a queen size Simmons Hotel Collection Pillow Top bed and a three-piece en suite bath.

Room #3
Located on the second floor at the front of the house. Two of its windows face east receiving the morning sun. If you’re up early enough you might see a great sunrise over the countryside. This room features a queen size Simmons Hotel Collection Pillow Top bed and a three-piece en suite bath.

The Loft Suite
“The Loft” occupies the entire third floor. It features two bedrooms and private bath. Your choice of either the bedroom with a King size bed or the bedroom with a Queen size bed. You may reserve either “Loft” bedroom or you may reserve the entire “Loft” Suite. Please note: The King size bed is a Simmons Excellence Hotel Collection Plush zipper link Pillow top that can be separated to two twin beds. The bedroom featuring the King bed has a window seat overlooking the gardens where you can curl up in and read a book or watch our colourful sunsets.

The Loft Suite - 2nd bedroom
The “Loft” Suite features two bedrooms and private bath. Your choice of either the bedroom with a King size bed or the bedroom with a Queen size bed. You may reserve either “Loft” bedroom or you may reserve the entire “Loft” Suite. Please note: The King size bed is a Simmons Excellence Hotel Collection Plush zipper link Pillow top that can be separated to two twin beds. It features a Queen size bed and a window seat overlooking the front yard where you can curl up in and watch the sunrise. The Loft Suite is ideal for two couples or a family.
