Stone Crest York is a well-appointed environment orchestrated for comfort, relaxation, and the ultimate getaway, yet offering every current convenience, technology, and indulgence we could think of. We are also a great business retreat venue with plenty to offer: meeting Room with a mahogany board room table for up to 12 with comfortable high-back black leather chairs, Internet access throughout the entire facility and a 24-hour business center.

Each room will have hardwood entry foyers, individually controlled heat and air-conditioning, and double showers. A large therapeutic whirlpool will be located on the adjoining porch and our massage room will be just steps away.

Policies
Check In Policy:
Our formal check-in time is 4:00 to 8:00 pm. When rooms are available earlier we are happy to check you in as early as 9 am. Please make advance arrangements if you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm.
Check Out Policy:
Our formal check-out time is 12 noon. If the room is not reserved for the that evening you are welcome to stay until 3:00 pm. Guests checking out after 3:00 pm will be charged a 50% day rate.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations may be cancelled up to seven business days in advance for a full refund.
Children: Not Suitable For Children
Our guest survey reports that most of our guests are visiting to "get away from the children" and just enjoy each other for a change. They prefer that other guests do not bring their children along. A major exception is "Private Estate Rentals".

Deposit Policy:
A deposit equal to one nights room rate is required at the time of reservation for each room reserved. Full payment is due on all reservations 30 days prior to arrival except reservations made less than 30 days in advance, in this case full payment is due at time of reservation.
Pets Welcome
Well behaved dogs are welcome, a $250 damage deposit is required - refunded upon checkout if there is no damage. Dogs are not allowed to stay in rooms when you are not physically in the room. Individual crates are provided on the lower level during those times.
