Welcome to the Bear Mountain Lodge nestled right in the heart of Wellsboro by the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Combine adventure and luxury with these amenities; a fireplace, locally handmade bed, tiled en-suite bath, handmade soaps, whirlpool or private deck with hot tub, spa robes, and balcony. All available to you when you make a reservation for a relaxing getaway at the Bear Mountain Lodge.
We provide breakfast two ways during your stay. You can either have a brunch basket delivered to your room with different breakfast baked goods, fresh fruit, and drinks or you can receive a $10 ticket, per room, per day, to the Famous Wellsboro Diner.
Since your driveway is on Route 6 between Wellsboro and the mouth of Pennsylvania's Grand Canyon we have easy access to biking trails on the Pine Creek Rail Trail. We are conveniently located less than 5 miles from tons of area attractions including; hiking, horse riding, wagon rides, rafting, canoeing, biking, the Tioga Central Rail Road and the fine restaurants, shops and friendly faces of Wellsboro, PA. |
