Incredibly beautiful, the building was home to the well-known Stover family for approximately 200 years and now blends the grand elegance of a historical estate with the comfort and modern amenities today’s travelers seek. While encapsulating both the colonial and Victorian periods, antiques abound without diminishing comfort. During the summer months, enjoy sitting on one of the multiple porches overlooking landscaped gardens. During the cooler seasons, enjoy the colonial common room with beamed ceiling and large crackling fireplace.

Six spacious, well appointed guest rooms, all with private baths, TV, AC some with fireplaces, featherbeds and/or lace canopied beds, await your arrival. Relax with late afternoon ‘tea’ followed by a complimentary glass of wine. Awake in the morning to a scrumptious full course candle-lit breakfast, served either in the dining room by fireplace or on porch pending season.
