Cancellation Policy
We will ask for a credit card to hold the reservation at the time of placement. Reservations must be cancelled at least one week prior to arrival date. Guests reservations cancelled in 4-6 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the total room cost of the stay. Cancellations with in 48 hours of scheduled arrival will require full payment unless the room can be rented to another guest. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.
