The Independent hotel is a small 24 room boutiqe hotel. We have been opened for a couple of months and appreciate this kind of feedback, for this will assist us in our efforts to provide our guests with an upscale, clean comfortable room, along with the best guest service experience possible. When opening a new hotel, there may be a few things we may have overlooked during the openning process. We offer the most extensive offering of High Def Direct TV channels. We did have a Direct TV specialist in to re program the settings on our system to assure the best possible signal. The Direct TV person was escorted by our own engineer during this process. We have since changed the description of the Loft Suite on our site once this guest brought this to our attention. This room has been rented on numerous occassions and this is the first person to recognise our honest mistake. Our breakfast offering is limited to a European continental breakfast and is set up as a self service offering in our lobby.
