All cancellations are subject to a $25 per room(s) cancellation fee. Cancelling a reservation of 1 to 7 days requires notice of not less than 7 days prior to the check in date. A cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will cause the perspective guest to be responsible for full payment of the booking unless the room is rebooked. Cancelling a reservation of 7 to 30 days requires a minimum of not less than 14 days prior notice to the arrival date. A cancellations notice given less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will cause the perspective guest to be charged for payment of the first week of the reservation. There after, deposits will be refunded less a processing fee if the room is rebooked. *From May 1 to May 30 all cancellations require 30 day’s notice. Early departures are responsible for the full reservation
