We had the best time in Philly celebrating our anniversary. Our stay at the Seventh St. B&B couldn't have been better. The location was so convenient, we were able to walk everywhere. Our room was private, clean and very comfortable. Stephen was the perfect host and was very knowledgable about the city. He had great suggestions for things to do & places to eat. We highly recommend staying here. We will again soon.

The Seventh Street B & B is conveniently located to Philadelphia attactions. Pulbic transporation is right outside the front door. Stephen is well informed about the area - friendly and hospitable. We have stayed in many B & B's across the U.S. and found the Seventh Street B & B one of the most comfortable. It was a relaxing and wonderful experience.

Steve was a great host. He made great conversation and was a wealth of information on the local scene, both cultural and entertainment. The next time we're in Philly, we'll definately stay at Seventh Street!

I greatly recommend this charming little B&B. The location is superb--one block from South St. The accommodations were better than a hotel, and the innkeeper was extremely attentive and hospitable.

The innkeeper, Steve, was very helpful with the locations of things to do since he has lived in Philly for 30 years. His place was very clean and orderly. He was very helpful in every way and made us feel right at home. Great place!

I love this b&b and will stay here again on our next trip to Philly. The innkeeper, Steve, is a gracious, knowledgeable host; the room is delightful (the first comfortable bed I've encountered away from home); and the location is excellent (within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to visit). I have nothing but positive comments about this b&b.
