Welcome to the Seventh Street Bed & Breakfast in Philadelphia. Our renovated 1900 brick town house in Center City Philadelphia, is located just one block off the bustling South Street entertainment district, and we are perfectly situated to the downtown business district, colonial historic area, Penns Landing (Delaware River), the Convention Center and the 12th-13th Street club district. The inn has a two bedroom suite (king/single) with private bath, perfect for singles, couples or larger parties, and an additional king bedded room. All rooms are air conditioned and have TVs and wireless internet throughout. Cots are available for additional guests.

Dozens of restaurants are within a short walk. Each morning the owner provides a hearty continental "plus" breakfast in the dining room, available until noon. His cheerful Cocker Spaniel is confined to the first floor and patio during your stay and is not permitted upstairs. Smoking permitted in the covered garden patio adjacent to the kitchen.
