Renovated 1900 brick town house in Center City Philadelphia, located just one block off the bustling South Street entertainment district, well situated to the downtown business district, colonial historic area, Penns Landing (Delaware River), the Convention Center and the 12th-13th Street club district. 2 room a/c suite w/ pvt bath. WI-FI, king and sgl beds available as well as a third room w/king bed for extra large parties. Cot for add'l person also available.
Dozens of restaurants are within a short walk. The owner provides a hearty continental "plus" breakfast in the dining room. His cheerful Cocker Spaniel is confined to the first floor and patio during your stay and is not permitted upstairs. Smoking permitted in the covered garden patio adjacent to the kitchen. |
