From the moment you arrive at the Grape Arbor Bed and Breakfast in North East, Pennsylvania (near Erie, PA), you enter a world of yesterday's craftsmanship and service complemented by today's amenities. The Grape Arbor Bed & Breakfast Inn consists of two side by side mansions: The Bester Town Home (circa 1832), and The Hampson Home (circa 1835). They are located in a convenient location just fifteen minutes east of Erie. Common rooms for guests are located in the Bester Town House and include the Library, the Parlor, and the Dining Room. Relax with a glass of local wine in the well-appointed library or in a comfortable rocking chair on the front porch.
The rooms at our Chautauqua Wine Country B&B are each fittingly named for a local variety of grapes. All of our guest rooms have private baths, color television and access to a wireless Internet connection. The rooms are air-conditioned in the summer months. There are VCR players in the rooms and combination VCR/DVD players in the suites, along with CD players, comforters, antique/reproduction furnishings and fine toiletries. Enhanced amenities, such as Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces, and kitchen facilities are available in select rooms.

Check out time is 11am. A charge may be assessed for late check out unless arrangements are made in advance. |
Cancellation Policy: |
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival. There are NO REFUNDS on special or holiday weekend unless we can re-book your room. Cancellation service charge applies and we ask that you please consider re-booking. |
