PA Inn Vacation
Each of the spacious guestrooms is individually furnished with locally obtained antiques, collectibles, and original artwork. For your reading pleasure, all rooms are well stocked with books and magazines.Three of the guestrooms are accompanied by a separate living room with comfortable furnishings and cable TV. All guestrooms have their own private bath. Some rooms have a fireplace and private deck.

New Hope Bed & Breakfast
A scrumptious full breakfast is served in our common room each morning. Whether it be Eggs Benedict, blueberry pancakes with compote, or another of our favorites, breakfast at Pineapple Hill is always a treat. On our harvest table you might find blueberry muffins and jam, or maybe coffee cake, fresh fruit, and hot and cold beverages. Your main course is served at your own table.

We are located deep in the heart of antiquing territory, where treasure hunting at the local shops, auctions, and flea markets is readily available. There are also art galleries, theatre and specialty shops all nearby. Outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled by the hiking, biking, and walking trails running along the Delaware River and through the historial parks in the area. New Hope PA Inns
John Scott Room ~ The John Scott room has a queen bed, fireplace, cable TV and private bath with shower. Decorated in white, yellow and blues, a fluffy checked quilt helps to give the room its cozy feel.

New Hope B&B
Buckland Room ~ The Buckland Room has a queen sized white wicker bed, fireplace, cable TV and full private bath (across a two step hallway.) In white and blue, the Battenburg pillows and white eyelet curtains add to the room's charm. A French door leads to the romantic private balcony.

Ann Frost Room ~ The Ann Frost is traditionally decorated in burgandy, gold and royal blue. On the second floor of the inn, it has queen bed, fireplace, cable TV and private bath with tub and shower. It has a lovely view of the backyard, and is warm and inviting.

PA B&B
Isabelle ~ The Isabelle is a large room with a queen bed, fireplace and large full private bath. This new room has luxurious custom made bedding and beautiful floral wall to wall carpeting. In mauves, pinks and Wedgewood blue the Isabelle is both comfortable and elegant.

B&B Pennsylvania
Palmer ~ Our largest non-suite room has a king size bed, fireplace and full private bath. A new room at Pineapple Hill, the romantic four-poster canopy bed and garden view make this room a wonderful hideaway.

New Hope B&B Vacation
Sullivan Suite ~ Walk into a lovely sitting room with gas-burning fireplace and cable TV, decorated in peach tones. Through the sitting room is a bedroom in white and lavander with queen-sized bed and a large window that overlooks the back yard. The bathroom has a double sized stall shower. The Sullivan, located on the first floor, is pretty, comfortable and spacious.

PA Inn Accommodations
Tomlinson Suite ~ The Tomlinson suite is on the third floor of the inn, tucked away and quiet. The bedroom is decorated in a soft creamy color, with queen-sized bed, gas-burning fireplace and slanted ceilings. There's a private bath with stall shower and a cozy sitting room with futon couch and cable TV. The sitting room is decorated with art collected in Ireland and features the original stone interior chimney dating from the 1830s.

PA Weekend Inn Travel
Knowles Suite ~ The Knowles was once the entire second floor of the house. The bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and gas fireplace. Eighteen inch walls make the room especially quiet, and white rose garland surrounding the inset windows make it especially pretty. The bath is spacious with tub and shower, and the extra room has a lovely sitting area as well as a beautiful cherry single bed.

Romantic B&B PA
Magnolia Apartment Suite ~ The Magnolia, on the first floor of the house, has a beautiful bedroom with queen canopy bed, fireplace, and French door that provide a gorgeous view of the back yard. The bathroom is huge, with a six foot soaking tub. The pretty living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a full kitchen is at your disposal. This suite provides a truly luxurious stay.
