Cancellation Policy: |
In the event of cancellation, deposits will be returned provided we are notified seven days before scheduled arrival date (excet for peak weekends and special events which require 30-45 day cancellation). Group bookings of three or more rooms require 30 day cancellation notice. Reservation made less than 7 days in advance of arrival cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to process the credit card number for the deposit amount and in the event of cancellation or no show for the balance due for the nights booked unless we can rerent the guest room. A cancellation fee of $25.00 per room will be deducted from the refund.

Deposit Policy: |
A deposit equal to the room rate for one night is required. Holiday and Special Event reservations may require full payment at reservation time and may involve a 30 or 45 day advance cancellation. Your reservation will be held for three days awaiting receipt of your deposit, assuming your reservation is made at least one week prior to arrival. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

3 couples who enjoy wine, my husband and I among them, decided to take advantage of the Italy wine tasting and dinner at the Mercers burg Inn. The wine tasting was hosted by a very knowledgeable gentleman who had lived in Italy for several years and then owned his own liquor store. He had lots of background to share about the wines we tasted and good stories of the area he experienced firsthand in Italy. The dinner in the evening was an Italian inspired one paired with more Italian wines. Very delicious!
The breakfasts in the morning were delightful served on the side sun porch. Our stay was in March, but we could just imagine how beautiful it would be in Spring or the lush days of Summer.
The Inn was a perfect place for the event we attended. The accommodations were beautiful and the Inn itself was glorious to wander around and imagine another period of its life. The other guests were willing to "show off" their rooms,so we had a parade going around the Inn sharing our temporary "homes".The camaraderie was great!
The hosts, Jim and Lisa pay attention to the details and make your stay very comfortable and homey despite the size of the Inn.There is a game room on the lower level with a pool table, lots of board games and reading material. There are two parlors on the first floor for conversation or a relaxing drink.
We enjoyed our stay at this Bed and Breakfast and would recommend the experience to anyone looking for a beautiful Inn type stay. Even if you are not participating in an Event, it would be a lovely, romantic getaway!

It was our favorite stay. The inside was just beautiful. The cleanliness was immaculate. Our dinner was excellent. The hospitality was above our expectations. My husband and I don't think it can be topped. We would highly recommend.

out of our many stays with various bed and breakfast inns in the quad stste area,we have found this inn to be in our opinion to be the best,most relaxing,best organized and managed,best staffed and most friendliest atmosphere there is to find in this area. if you were to read other guest comments in their registry, you will find that every guest have made like comments.someone that is looking for a place to stay in a beautiful turn of the century mansion inn will find everything well above what was anticipated and well above a 5 star rating.

The Inn is amazing. Beautiful rooms and wonderful people. The dinner we enjoyed was delicious and the service was first rate. We had a very nice stay. And hope to visit again.
