Built in 1760 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Restored in 2006, all rooms include a private bath, central air, and wireless Internet, and most rooms feature a fireplace and whirlpool tub. Located on a 120-acre farm between a lake and natural park, Speedwell Forge B&B is the perfect place to get away from it all, yet only minutes from the historic small towns of Lititz, Ephrata, and all of Pennsylvania Dutch County.
The Paymaster's Office, a private cottage with king-sized bed, whirlpool bath, vaulted ceiling, and gas fireplace, is the ultimate romantic getaway.
The Summer Kitchen suite, a two-story cottage with a queen bed upstairs and two twins downstairs, is ideal for family vacations. (Children 10 and older, please.) Including a whirlpool tub, gas fireplace, cable TV with VCR/DVD, kitchenette and dining area. Sleeps four.
Kathryn's Room, in the mansion, has a canopy queen bed and clawfoot whirlpool bath for two.

Cancellation Policy:

- We require 10 days cancellation notice on all reservations, cancellations made after this time are subject to a fee equal to or greater than one night's stay.
- Your credit card holds your reservation. Your card will be charged upon your arrival. A small bed and breakfast such as ours is significantly affected by cancellations and we appreciate your consideration of our cancellation policy.
* Cancellations within 10 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged one night's stay or 50% of the total reservation amount, whichever is greater.
* Cancellations within 2 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This includes "No-shows" and premature check-outs.
* Note: Longer cancellation periods will be applied to multi-room bookings.
- If you cancel before the deadline, you will only be charged a $25 cancellation fee. After the deadline, you will be billed as noted above unless we can re-rent the room or cottage. (We will make every effort to do so)
