Bunny & Charlie are such warm and friendly people that they alone could make your trip here outstanding. But it doesn't stop there. Their home and all the guest rooms are beautiful. Than you have the breakfasts, you never know what wonderful delight Bunny will be cooking up but you know it will be delicious. It is located in the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway but close enough to everything in case you also want a little fun.

This B&B was wonderfully located in the country & was very neat and clean. It had adopted animals on the property and I and my friends throughly enjoyed them. The food was wonderful and it was just a grand place to reconnect with two old friends. I would stay there again!

We found the Berry Patch to be a wonderful place for a weekend getaway. This being our first stay and a B & B, we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere along with Bunny and Charlie were warm and inviting. The breakfast was great and very satisfying.

Our stay at the Berry Patch was awesome. The food was great! Our room was very romantic and the jacuzzi was relaxing. This is truly a serene country setting. We plan on telling all our friends and would highly recomend the Berry Patch. We will definitely be back.

Berry Patch is so homey and comfortable. Bunny is fantastic, as are the pets that make sure that you feel at home. Its a beautiful home, in a beautiful setting. The room was spectacular, and we had a fantastic, peaceful time.

We went away for a long needed reconnection weekend. With two children and constent running you can get lost in the hustle and bustle of life. Charlie and Bunny were the most friendly and welcoming. The view was most beautiful and the rooms just lovely. We will be back again and again. We are going to be having our vows renewed and there place is where we are going to have it held... Simply BEAUTIFUL!

This bed and breakfast really reminded me of my grandparents house - in fact, some of the decor in our room was identical to that in my grandparents house, it smelled slightly of mothballs (I think) and we were hugged goodbye! I found this cozy and comforting, but could see it putting some people off. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace and the jacuzzi, and breakfast was incredible (however - there was no menu, which would have been a problem for my lactose intolerant husband except that I'd noted this on our reservation, and they made a special breakfast - also delicious - just for him

Bunny & Charlie were very accomidating. Grounds and Inn are beautiful. Room decorations and large private bathroom provide a very warm home-like atmosphere. Breakfasts were great. This was our 1st BnB experience and we will definately be doing it again

Bunny is very nice and we LOVED Willie the pig and Maggie the Nubian Goat! Our dog loved watching the bunnies and pets of the property. OUr room was comfy and warm for a rainy cold weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and would reccommend Berry Patch B&B to everyone :-)

Thank you to Bunny and Charles to helping our make our weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city a lovely one. The Berry Patch Inn is peaceful, warm, and pleasantly quirky! We felt very welcomed and were thankful for the wonderful night sleep we enjoyed in our plush bed. Bunny's baked treats were the icing on the cake. Would definitely visit again if we find ourselves in the Lebanon area.

Bunny and Charlie are exceptional hosts. You walk into an amazingly well decorated main house with lots to see. The rooms are very nicely done. We stayed in the Garden Cottage which had the Jacuzzi and a very spacious room. Everything is well maintained and spotless.
Lots of friendly pets outside, a pool table and foosball table in the sunroom. Bunny prepares a very good breakfast with outstanding strawberry bread and fresh watermelon.
She suggested a park which we rode our bikes in. It had everything, swimming, tennis, basketball, picknicking, etc.
She also suggested the Blue Bird Inn for dinner which was excellent. Well worth the wait.
I would recommend this B and B without question. 3 hours from Central NJ, in the heartland of Penn Dutch Country, close enough to NYC and the metro area.
The only thing that could have made this better is to have a coffee maker in the room so you don't have to go to the main house for co, but the coffee was excellent there.
They know how to deliver.

This was one of the most relaxing stays we have had in our vast travel experiences. So quiet, serene and secluded. No traffic noise, so pleasant. The food was spectacular. Bunny and Charlie were outstanding hosts. You could not of asked for a more enjoyable experience. We had a honeymoon cottage suite and it was just marvelous. What a treasure to find such a great place. We will be back yearly. We plant to go back this fall to see how big those pumpkins of Charlie’s will get!

It was a nice getaway. Relaxing and peaceful(aka: away from the kids) . I am definitly looking into returning for another stay. The owner's name is Bunny, a nice woman with great taste for meals. She was a big help during our stay on where to go and where to eat. Berry Patch BB is a place I would recommend. I stand by my 5 STAR rating, because on the last day I did not want to leave. It was almost like a piece of heaven and felt a little sad to leave.

This was our first time at a B & B and it was wonderful! As a matter of fact it was so perfect I dont know if we would stay at any other B & B for fear it may not meet our expectations after this experiance. If you are ever staying in the Lancaster Area this a place you do not want to miss. We travel very often for business and being an experianced travler I am sure this is top of the line! My only regret was that we didnt have more time with Bunny and Charlie the InnKeepers.

What a wonderful place to stay for a very romantic getaway. Bunny and Charlie (along with Bennie, Willie, and the cats) were exceptional hosts. The atmosphere far exceeded my expectations. The weekend stay was a surprise for my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary and nobody could have done a better job of providing us with exactly what we needed after 25 years of marriage. My husband and I stayed in the Briar Rose Room for our honeymoon. The room was even better than the pictures on-line. The breakfasts varied and were all excellent. It was very enjoyable. We had all the privacy we need. The food was excellent. The decor was delightful. The staff was very curtious and effecient.

It was very enjoyable. We had all the privacy we need. The food was excellent. The decor was delightful. The staff was very curtious and effecient. |

The owners treat guests like long-time friends.
We stayed in a cottage which was newly decorated. It was immaculate, as is the main inn, and beautifully decorated.
We are already planning a return visit.

Great place to stay. Nice grounds. Quiet. Must love animals as there are cats, dog, goat, pig and bunnies. Back to nature.

This was our second stay...hated to leave! They anticipate your needs,yet aren't intrusive.Great place to celebrate...great place to renew!

THIS MOUNTAIN INN IS OUT IN THE COUNTRY. IT HAS A WONDERFUL LOOKING ENTRANCE, RELAXING ATMOSPHERE AND THE INNKEEPERES ARE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND MAKE YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. THE INN HAS MANY RESCE ANIMALS ON THE PREMISE AND THEY ARE ALSO VERY HAPPY TO BE THERE. YOU CAN'T FIND NICER PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR EVERY NEED. It was one of the most beautiful, serene, and relaxing B&Bs we'ver ever stayed in. The countryside was beautiful, the innkeepers were wonderful, and the accomodations were outstanding!

It was well worth the 2 hr drive. Bunny and her family and the people of the town were so polite and nice. Something that you don’t see very often. You go out for a drive and see the scenes that are breath taking. We will be taking another trip to Bunny’s B&B very soon. Thank you for a pleasant stay!!!!
