This was a wonderful B&B that I would recommend to anyone. Bunny and Charlie are wonderful people - very personable and wanted to know their customers. I loved them having pets around and that her facility is pet friendly! Those are very hard to come by. |

This B and B was absolutely perfect. The innkeepers were welcoming and made our stay delightful. A cooked breakfast was served in the main room overlooking the grounds. If you are looking for peace, serenity and comfort this is the place to stay. |

It was so nice. Close to home but still seemed to take you miles away. Very peaceful, relaxing and the food and hospitality were great! |

Very lovely accomodations. The innkeepers were the best and the food excellent. We highly recommend trying this place out. Comfy and cozy. It is a wonderful place to relax and forget the real world. |

This was our first time at a B & B and it was wonderful! As a matter of fact it was so perfect I dont know if we would stay at any other B & B for fear it may not meet our expectations after this experiance. If you are ever staying in the Lancaster Area this a place you do not want to miss. We travel very often for business and being an experianced travler I am sure this is top of the line! My only regret was that we didnt have more time with Bunny and Charlie the InnKeepers. |

the owners are very nice I had car trouble and they helped me find a repair shop and stayed with me to make sure it got fixed .the food was a 12 on a 1 to 10. very clean and home like |

What a wonderful place to stay for a very romantic getaway. Bunny and Charlie (along with Bennie, Willie, and the cats) were exceptional hosts. The atmosphere far exceeded my expectations. The weekend stay was a surprise for my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary and nobody could have done a better job of providing us with exactly what we needed after 25 years of marriage. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! |

My husband and I stayed in the Briar Rose Room for our honeymoon. The room was even better than the pictures on-line. The breakfasts varied and were all excellent. The hospitality of the innkeepers, Bunny and Charlie, was beyond compare....they really made us feel like we were part of the family. We plan to return every year for our anniversary. All our thanks to Bunny, Charlie, Benny and all the others, for a most wonderful stay! |

Very pleasant and pleasing stay. More than what I expected. Breakfasts were excellent. Bunny and Charlie were very pleasant, and I enjoyed meeting them and getting to know them. Will return! |

The owners treat guests like long-time friends.
We stayed in a cottage which was newly decorated. It was immaculate, as is the main inn, and beautifully decorated.
We are already planning a return visit. |

THIS MOUNTAIN INN IS OUT IN THE COUNTRY. IT HAS A WONDERFUL LOOKING ENTRANCE, RELAXING ATMOSPHERE AND THE INNKEEPERES ARE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND MAKE YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. THE INN HAS MANY RESCE ANIMALS ON THE PREMISE AND THEY ARE ALSO VERY HAPPY TO BE THERE. YOU CAN'T FIND NICER PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR EVERY NEED. It was one of the most beautiful, serene, and relaxing B&Bs we'ver ever stayed in. The countryside was beautiful, the innkeepers were wonderful, and the accomodations were outstanding! |

Needed a weekend get-a-way and this was our first time at a bnb.... had a wonderful time and can not wait to return!

It was well worth the 2 hr drive. Bunny and her family and the people of the town were so polite and nice. Something that you don’t see very often. You go out for a drive and see the scenes that are breath taking. We will be taking another trip to Bunny’s B&B very soon. Thank you for a pleasant stay!!!! |
