The Pheasant Room
The Pheasant Room is a large gathering room located on the ground floor. It is suitable for meetings or catered events such as small wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday and anniversary parties, holiday parties and showers. For the convenience of guests, there are a kitchen and two powder rooms. The Pheasant Room has exposed stone walls and opens to a brick terrace that overlooks the "barnyard" rose garden and the white pergola in the meadow.

Henry and Anna's Room
Henry and Anna's Room, named in honor of Henry and Anna Corlay whose names appear on the date stone of the farmhouse, is the most spacious of the four guest rooms. This comfortable, yet elegant, room is painted a soft peach and furnished with a king-size tall poster bed, an antique highboy and wingback chairs. It features a gas fireplace, an exposed stone wall and hand painted accents by a local artist. A door to the balcony leads to a private sitting area which overlooks the garden, the meadow and the woods. The ensuite bathroom contains a whirlpool tub/shower combination. This room is located on the first floor and is handicapped accessible.

Catherine's Room
Catharine's Room is named in honor of the former owner who lovingly cared for the farm for almost 50 years. Featuring a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, an antique armoire and a gas fireplace, this room's country flavor is enhanced by decorative hand paintings of vines and birds that can be seen on the farm. A Lancaster County quilt, appropriately named "barn raising," tops the queen-size handmade tiger maple canopy bed. From this room's eastern exposure you can see the farmhouse and view the sunrise over the meadow. There are two sinks and a tub/shower combination in the private blue and white tiled bathroom.

Violet's Room
Violet's Room is named for the innkeepers' second grand-daughter. A queen-size pencil post canopy bed, handcrafted of tiger maple, is the highlight of this charming room. The sage green coverlet and wall to wall carpet complement the purple hues of the delicate hand painted flowers on the white walls. The scallop shaped bowl of the pedestal sink in the private bathroom looks like a flower unfolding. This sage green tile bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
