Living Room (Common Area)
Tom and Sarah have attempted to make this room not only functional but a warm and friendly place to sit and read. There are publications on Amish and Mennonite history, culture and beliefs as well as special interest books and non-fiction novels by various authors. The display cases have unique and interesting figurines and memorabilia.

Garden Gazebo
Each year we try to improve the outside areas and this year will include the "fixing up" of the full size Gazebo for our guests to enjoy day or evening.

Four Seasons Room
One advantage of Lancaster County is its four seasons. Each season is unique and has its own set of holidays and celebrations. Sarah will surprise and delight you with decorations and themes that make the season you visit with us special. This second floor guest room has a Queen size bed that will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Adding to the interest of this room is a full private bath that is accessed through huge chestnut doors which formerly enclosed an indoor 'water closet' that collected rain from the slate roof.

Quilt Room
A quilt is a work of art and a labor of love. In this warm second floor guest room, you will find beautiful examples of quilts from the Amish and Mennonite communities as well as from Thailand. This guest room features a king-size bed with a private powder room. The Quilt room has a full private bath located outside the room for the exclusive use of guests in this room. After a busy day visiting the areas many attractions, you can relax and enjoy the view from the private balcony overlooking the back lawn.

Siam Room
In memory of our Peace Corps experience, we gave this room the ancient name for Thailand. This large second floor guest room with a full private shower bath and a queen bed can accommodate a small-size family. A mosquito net canopy along with memorabilia and items we collected from our time in Southeast Asia accent this interesting and cozy guest room.

Garden Room
The Garden Room reflects the Murphy’s gardening interests. Sarah spends her spare time in the flower and herb gardens while Tom spends his time in the small orchard and vegetable garden. The garden theme is seen on the lattice wallpaper that circles the room. This second floor guest room features a queen bed and a small bath with shower.
