My husband and I stayed in the cottage at Rocky Springs B&B. It was luxurious, charming and cozy! If you want to feel like a princess, stay here! The property is gorgeous and the owner is extremely friendly. Breakfast was amazing as well! We will definitely be returning!

We stayed at their cottage and can't wait to go back! We had such a relaxing time. The food was delicious! It is quiet and out in the country more and it took only a couple of minutes to get to local attractions.

This has got to be one of the most quaint, relaxing and enjoyable B&B's we have ever stayed in. The hostess, Elaine, is an absolute gem, going the "extra mile" to make sure you are comfortable and pleased with your room. Breakfast is to die for and served with kindness, love and a true desire to please you and your appetite. Outstanding service done with a true servant's heart. Ask about the history involved with this B&B on a former amusement park site, and Elaine will hold you spellbound as she tells you about the happenings that took place on this site. Very interesting.

LOVED this inn! My husband and I were in town visiting family and they recommended this place. I would definitely recommend again. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Hostess (Anne) was welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We were lucky to have gorgeous weather and were able to explore the grounds (an old amusement park) and to enjoy our delicious breakfast al fresco! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

I have been staying at Rocky Springs B&B since 2007 - I love the place and will go back every chance I get. It is in a great location in Lancaster County PA - You feel like you are out in the woods, but you are very close to all the tourist attractions that Lancaster is known for.

This was an excellent B&B - and I have stayed in many! If you are looking for a great place to stay in Lancaster County, PA this is it! It is close to the attractions, but in a very quiet part of town. The park is lovely to walk around and imagine how it used to be when it was the Rocky Springs Park - the place to have fun and enjoy your family. You can stay in the main house or rent the adorable cottage and have breakfast delivered to your room! Great getaway for newleyweds or to celebrate your anniversary.
