My husband and I chose this B&B to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the moment we arrived our hostess Ruth showed us the most gracious hospitality. Her daughter Beth prepared our breakfast every morning, which was delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. We liked that this B&B was off the beaten more traveled path but still close enough to all the major attractions. We would definately stay there again. Steve and Lori Hess, Greeencastle, PA.

Had a lovely weekend stay here in January. The room was clean and cozy, the food was amazing, and they had plenty of recommendations for what to do in the area during our stay. I would definitely book here again. This was our first experience at a Bed and Breakfast, and the proprietors made it a wonderful one.

We stayed in the garden room which had a small sitting area with a desk. Hostess went out of her way to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I should have asked for the recipe. Gardens were beautiful.

Ruth & Don made us feel like we were staying in our home. It was an incredibly clean house, comfortable bed w/ own private bath, delicious breakfast, romantic amenities, (loved the porch swing, electric fireplace in our room and outside gazebo), the way it was decorated with country charm, the interesting books, cozy nooks, use of 3 extra rooms downstairs and the unexpected bonus > the friendliness, respect, humility and integrity of the owners. It is a most blessed place to visit. We will definitely return to this B&B when we're in the area again.

We stayed one night while attending a Christian music concert nearby. We wish we had set up the trip to stay another night and enjoy the wonderful home and hospitality of Don and Ruth! Everything was great, the breakfast was fantastic!

The stay was absolutely amazing. As advertised. Clean, and we had no problems. Arrived on Thanksgiving day and mentioned to the owners that we were looking forward to the hammock. They told us it was down for the winter but reminded us about the Gazebo which was just fine for us (it is winter). Next morning: the owner had put up the hammock for us! We also left an iphone charger which they found and mailed to us before we even knew it was missing. Definitely stay again and recommend without hesitation. Five stars.

If you're looking for a ''home away from home,'' this is it! From the minute we arrived to our departure, we felt so welcomed, relaxed, and as if we were visiting good friends. This was our first visit, and we look forward to returning. Wait 'till you see the abundance of flowers and carefully tended gardens! Your "thyme" will pass too quickly, and you'll be planning your next trip to Flowers and Thyme.

This B&B's property was perfectly aligned with the beauty of the surrounding Lancaster County farm country. They have an incredible amount of flowerbeds, wonderful landscaping, a hammock hung in the shade of the tree grove, and a screened-in gazebo. Don and Ruth were wonderful hosts, able to provide helpful suggestions about things to see and do in the area. The food at breakfast was like eating at a 5 star restaurant! We will definitely be returning to this B&B!

We stayed in the Thyme Room with the jacuzzi and it was a relaxing time. The hosts were friendly and the food was delicious.
