Welcome to the Red Umbrella Bed & Breakfast, located in Grantville, just a short drive from the sweetest place on earth, Hershey, PA. Our newly renovated 1845 brick Federal-style home offers three comfortable rooms, spacious living room and dining room for visiting plus various serene areas on the grounds, all for you to enjoy. The Red Umbrella Bed and Breakfast is situated in beautiful Central Pennsylvania, a mile from Hollywood Casino and only 7 miles north of Hershey, PA. Lancaster County is 40 minutes away.
Each cozy guest room includes accommodations for up to two people, a full service gourmet breakfast, and privately keyed entry guestroom with private bath, personally controlled ac/heat and High Def. Flat Screen TV’S. We also offer Free wireless internet access and alarm clocks that are IPod/IPhone compatible for the business traveler and for those who like to stay in touch with the outside world. |

What a wonderful experience we had at the Red Umbrella. We arrived not knowing what to expect and left with 2 new friends. Anna and Tim made us feel at home from the beginning. On our last day we spent almost 3 hours at breakfast just talking and laughing.
Our room was beautiful and the best part was the walkin steam ahower. New experience for my husband and I but it was great. I told Anna I could just live in the shower.
Take the time to visit, you will not be disappointed.

What a great overall experience we had! At the risk of gushing, I can truly say I feel like we found friends in Grantville! Most of the time you hope for a nice, clean, enjoyable place when booking a stay somewhere. Our stay here was so relaxing, comfortable, and fun, I felt like we found family! The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean; grounds well manicured and provide great sitting and relaxation opportunities; all rooms / beds comfortable and inviting. The true difference, however, is the personality behind the experience. Anna, Marissa, and Tim put you at ease immediately, were interesting, helpful, and just plain fun to talk to! I think they found a true niche! But I think they'd be successful at whatever they do! If you want to be near the race track/Casino, Hershey, Lancaster, or Gettysburg which really isn't that far away - or especially if you want a great place to get away - this comes with a great recommendation from a couple who will be back! ........probably several times!

My husband and I stayed at the Red Umbrella last night and were absolutely amazed at how incredible and seriously perfect everything was! We were greeted by a sign with our names on it, which was just one of the many awesome details that Anna puts into her establishment! We had a wonderful relaxing time, and can't wait to go back! Breakfast was SO delicious, and we really enjoyed the conversation with Anna and Ray.
We HIGHLY recommend the Red Umbrella!
